Ruth Garcia founded RG2 Consulting in December 2008 with the vision to create a franchise-consulting firm that puts its clients first, at all times. She considers her franchisors valued and trusted business partners and focuses her energy, passion and skills on getting to know her clients and matching them with the best possible opportunity.
As an affiliate of the Business Alliance, RG2 Consulting has access to over 300 of the most premier and tested franchisors in the market. This portfolio is constantly monitored and updated to ensure that only stable and viable opportunities are being represented.
Once we engage with a client, Ruth focuses on getting to know her clients and identifying their core values, skills, interests and income expectations prior to even looking at franchise opportunities. Once opportunities have been identified, she spends considerable time and effort on the due diligence process to make sure that the client is able to make an educated decision on whether that particular opportunity is a good fit.
In addition to matching clients with franchise opportunities, RG2 Consulting is unique in offering one-on-one franchisee consulting as well as franchisee peer advisory groups.
